1. Acceptance of Terms:

By engaging in any business arrangement or placing an order with Lucidus Visions, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

2. Scope of Work:

The scope of work, deliverables, and timeline will be mutually agreed upon and outlined in writing before the project begins. Any changes to the scope of work must be approved in writing by both parties.

3. Payment:

Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, a non-refundable deposit of 30% is due upfront, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the project. Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays or termination.

4. Intellectual Property:

Upon full payment, Lucidus Visions grants you full rights to use the final approved designs for their intended purpose. Until full payment is received, all intellectual property rights remain with Lucidus Visions.

5. Revisions:

A specific number of revision rounds will be outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond this scope may incur extra charges. Revisions must be requested in writing and provided within 14 days of receiving deliverables.

6. Cancellations and Refunds:

In case of project cancellation by the client, the non-refundable deposit will be retained by Lucidus Visions. Any work completed up to the point of cancellation will be billed at an hourly rate of €75. Refunds will not be provided after final designs have been approved.

7. Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This includes proprietary information, trade secrets, and personal details.

8. Communication:

Open and regular communication is essential for the success of the project. Both parties commit to responding promptly to questions, feedback, and approvals throughout the duration of the project. If there is no communication between the parties for 30 consecutive days, Lucidus Visions reserves the right to cancel the project and retain the non-refundable deposit.

9. Liability:

Lucidus Visions will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or products. The client agrees to indemnify and hold Lucidus Visions harmless from any claims or legal actions related to the project.

10. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.

11. Amendments:

Lucidus Visions reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
